This course is designed for business professionals at any level of AI familiarity who want to move from understanding AI to actually using it. Participants build a clear picture of what AI is and where it already creates value, then get hands-on with the everyday tools reshaping how business gets done: Microsoft Copilot, Claude and Power Automate. The course covers the practical skill of writing a good AI prompt and applies it directly inside real Microsoft 365 and Claude tasks, then shows how automation can take repetitive work off your plate entirely. It closes with each participant committing to one concrete change they'll make in their own role.
